Previous 3D surface came unglued from the base after putting it on my bike in January. Tried to reach out to customer service but only got automated AI response (telling me to check the FAQ then asking how well they answered my question). Finally just ordered new surface before I raced last weekend. My bike shop and I never could get it even (see pic). I can’t feel that it’s uneven riding. I really like the bisaddles but this is my 3rd replacement in 4 years over surface issues. I ride about 5,000 miles a year.
