I would give it zero stars if possible. It is fake. They came in bags inside of boxes which is obviuos sign they are counterfeit. When i purchased they stated 30 day risk free trial. After purchase rhey changed their website to state all sales final. They are refusing to let me return the fake product which is very soft and has no resistance. Avoid this seller as they are scamming people.

Product arrived damaged. Seller blamed it on the courier (despite no damage to the package) and offered a 20% refund and no replacement. I have sent several follow-ups over the course of a week and have not received any reply.

This product is A) fake, and B) damaged. I am infurious. I tried asking for a refund already, no answer. I paid $30 for this cheap fake thing, WHICH actually show up on a needohcanada website, to find it was being shipped from China. Absolutely disgusted with this process.
