Gray Initial & Black Name Personalized Mailbox Decal

Ordered this Gray initial with Black name and the only thing that arrived was the name in white, no initial. I can’t put a white name on my white mailbox. Disappointed. Spoke to customer service they assured me they would redo my order but over a months time passed and still no item. After a few more emails I got a refund but not sure where that refund went as it’s not showing in my account. Will never order from here again.
