I bought these prenatal vitamins to take before trying to conceive. I haven't had any issues or unwanted side effects from them.

I recommend these prenatals to any mama trying to conceive or pregnant (even those without PCOS)! I was looking for a high quality, low processed prenatal that had a solid set of nutrients and this fit the bill perfectly! During my nausea period I took 1 in the morning and 2 at night and then I switched to 3 at night. I feel strongly that I’m setting my baby up for success. There is a strong “vitamin” smell but I was able to handle it just fine. The price point makes it well worth it! Thanks Nourished for a great product!
