TREASURE! The treasure seekers at Snowy Owl search the world for valuable treasures. I’m always excited when my Clipper arrives with a TREASURE CHEST FULL OF SINGLE ORIGINS FROM FAR AWAY LANDS . I’ve been eagerly awaiting this Burundi BAHIRE. When I opened the bag a seductive aroma like a hot almond croissant filled with almond paste/marzipan. Pour over produced a wonderful round cranberry with high notes of peach and a lovely sweet “retornello” just when you believe it was finished. WHERE CAN YOU LOOK FOR TREASURE? Look no further. As my friend from Boston would say Burundi? Just “BA HIRE”!
