Cumin Coriander Blend

I opened the jar and immediately was hit with a fresh scent of cumin and corinder, a combination that I hadn't thought of using together, although I had both in my spice cabinet. Now I can enhance my dishes making them more superb.

I found Central Valley spice looking for toasted cumin, I was quite pleased to find it blended with toasted coriander and conveniently ground- when I opened the jar I was most pleased to see and smell the freshest vibrant spices! I also ordered a jar of the famous Aleppo pepper, both spices arrived incredibly fresh, as fresh as can be,- I cannot imagine finding a higher, fresher quality Spice anywhere! Shant Guzelian is a spice genius and obviously takes great pride in her spices! I so often see on TV cooking shows like Milk Street, where they are traveling through kitchens and restaurants in the Middle East and they mention all the spices available here, also I will mention my credentials as a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America 1975! First full graduating class at the Hyde Park location!
