The kids' goggles offer limited visibility. I contacted customer service to request an exchange, but they told me only returns were available, with a $10 shipping fee, and that I would need to place a new order. Charging a return fee for a product that doesn't meet expectations, especially when an exchange was requested, seems unreasonable.
