Bison Jerky Bundle

Thinner, Drier, More Flavorful

I chose to try the bundle from this business deep in the Bitterroot Valley because I liked that it's owned and operated by a woman of color, a rarity in Montana. The quality and taste still had to pass muster. My preference was set long ago by a Chiricahua Apache who cut his bison jerky thinly, dried it longer, and seasoned it with a nose calibrated with a sensitivity to spice blendings. My husband prefers spicy hot (jalapeño-pineapple), I prefer spicy (Korean BBQ), and two friends in Ireland will soon be receiving Original and Black Pepper as an introduction to bison jerky. I believe the drier texture and thinner cuts of jerky not only enhances, but also requires you to savor slowly the various flavors of the jerky. Excellent product.

Yummy but small portions

The jerky is delish and very few ingredients. Healthy snack but tiny portions in the package and a bit pricey.

Good flavors

Great flavors, I love that you use natural sweeteners and how low calorie this jerky is. The only downside is the small portions for the price. Otherwise delicious
