No change, hard to stomach
I just couldn't stomach these. Bring on severe nausea, brought on smelly burps thereafter and made me vomit. Honestly didn't notice any difference. I had such hopes for these ..

Not good so far
Despite following instructions, I can't seem to stomach these. Everytime I take them I experience waves of bad nausea for about 3 hours while feeling faint and dizzy. Other times they make me vomit.
I'm desperate to make these work so will persist, and will update my review /post a new one if I get a better experience.

I have found this to be the best post natal combo. It took a few months to get my energy back but with a two year who still breastfeeds, this is exactly the boost i needed.
