I placed an order, and as soon as I received the perfumes, on the same day, I sent an email to inquire about the return procedure because I did not want to keep the products and had not even opened them. Three days later, I received a completely irrelevant response where the person seemed not to understand my message. The next day, 5 days after receiving the package, another person replied to inform me that they do not accept returns. I explained that I had sent my request on the same day I received the package, meaning their return policy was still valid, but the person then ignored me and never responded again. This gives the impression that they were simply looking for an excuse to avoid processing the return. In addition to this poor service, the products are very disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. I understand and respect return policies, but in this case, the handling of my request was dishonest, and the customer service was non-existent.

This stuff is really amazing. You should buy it yourself. I recommend it to anyone. I love cologne.
