Always great value fir money

I have been using the liquid Shitajit in the jar and would struggle as it can become quite solid. Taking tablets is just so much easier, no mess.

Shilajit review

I used to take Shilajit in the resin form and although it had a bitter taste, I could feel/notice improvements in my general health and wellbeing. I can't say the same for these capsules unfortunately. I am unsure if it could be due to a lower dose in capsule. Just my honest feedback.
