The watch is beautiful. It's well-balanced. Just one thing, I need to take one link off. I can't figure out how to use the tool that came with the watch to work. Help. I'm in the process of ordering more watches. Thank you.

Multiple problems with the stop watch function. All hands of the three small dials either stop working or don't reset to zero. Customer service won't do anything about it. So I have two watches that I don't use. Won't repurchase or recommend this brand.
