It seemed to take a while for this to start working for my skin - I was still breaking out a lot after the switch from my old face wash to this. The tone of my skin does look better and brighter though, and all around healthy. I have 2 complaints - 1. the packaging - a flip top would be better than have to awkwardly hold the bottle and try to spin the lid back on while holding the cleanser on my hand at the same time . and 2 - it seems I have to use a lot to effectively clean my face. Otherwise, it leaves a clay-feeling residue and my face breaks out. Usually with more expensive products, I can actually use a tad less because of the quality of the product. So far I do really like it, but I don't think I'm in love. . . yet.
