The bottles themselves are beautiful, the size is perfect and the packaging was excellent. Each item arrived carefully wrapped and labelled, showing great attention to detail. Customer service has also been very helpful and responsive. The only reason I am giving 4 rather than 5 stars is that the spray trigger on the 500 ml bottles rotates on the neck instead of remaining fixed in position. This does not affect functionality, but it gives a slightly less premium feel than I expected. Overall, I am pleased with the bottles and appreciate the care taken by the Kuishi team.
