A great choice and decision to buy a Volt Bike
My wife and I are retired and wanted to enjoy the outdoors and keep active. We enjoy biking and have many bike trails around us, so getting an e-bike made good sense. I researched many options, models, manufacturers, and looked at many reviews, including YouTube reviews. We selected Volt Bikes, a BC company, and purchased two Yukon V2 units. One for me, a 20” frame being 6’5”, and one for my wife, a step-through. Making this decision, having so many options of e-bike manufacturers and models available to us, came down to these four reasons.
Service, value, price, met our individual needs, and we wanted to support a Canadian manufacturer. Volt service was responsive and helpful. Thanks, Jason, for all your help. Great value, bikes included lights, fenders, back rack, one free accessory, and a solid kick stand for a price less than other brands that offered less value. They also were shipped assembled, other than handled bars and foot pegs, pretested, and had great shipment tracking. Our needs of riding mostly rail trails, multiple surfaces, and non-busy roads, the Yukon V2 had the capability and flexibility. It also has the power to get me, a big guy, up those hills. We made a great decision and choice in buying from Volt Bikes. Looking forward to many years of biking and exploring the trails together.
