So. My fire table arived a bit sooner than i had expected, it was packed in cardboard, 1 inch of foam, then in another cardboard box with hard corners, tape. Very very well protected. That was nice to see. Unfortunately I have not used it yet because it is sitting in my shop and going to be installed on a build, but next year the photos can come

Very unimpressed with the customer service. They advertise a free cover then tell you that you have to pay $999 for the unit not $799 for the unit to get the free cover. Very misleading advertising. Same product only if you pay $200 more you get a free cover valused at $75. Tried to resolve with customer service with very quick yet poor response. If i had to do over again I definitely would not have purchased.
