Great Flavor and Perfect for Busy Days

Five stars. The lemon flavor is excellent. It honestly reminds me of lemon pound cake, which makes it something I actually look forward to drinking instead of just forcing down for nutrition. What I like most is how easy it is to use during the day when I’m moving around and don’t have time to stop for lunch. It mixes really easily with water and still tastes great without needing milk or anything extra. That was a big plus for me. I use it more as a practical meal replacement or supplement while I’m on the go, and it does exactly what I need it to do. It keeps me satisfied and held over until dinner without feeling heavy. Simple, convenient, tastes good, and works.

I like the taste but it does have the after taste that all protein shakes have which is not my favorite. It does what it is intended to do which I appriciate just having my shake at lunch time for easier food control while on my weight loss journey
