High-Protein Meal Replacement

Good for upping protein & B12

The taste of the lemon is nice — not sure I’d rave about it as much as some reviewers have, and I plan to try vanilla to compare. My 5 stars is for something else. I have little experience with protein/meal powders, but as a senior I needed to up protein, B12 and phosphorus. What convinced me to try FF is that it doesn’t include huge amounts of any vitamins/minerals but just the amount that would be in one good meal (mostly 30-40% daily value). I especially looked at the amount of B6 (30%) because so many supplements include large amounts of B6 that you can easily get too much if taking a multivitamin plus 1-2 other fortified foods or supplements (possibly causing numbness etc. similar to B12 deficiency). I’m finding FF good for getting more B12 & protein (etc. ) without too much B6. I plan to continue using it, but the one thing I don’t like is the pressure to sign up for recurring shipments — very annoying, and it if weren’t for the reason above I’d probably just quit ordering because of it.

Great taste

Factor Form is a great tasting meal replacement shake. I prefer it with milk but it is tasty with water, too.

Let's me skip breakfast and get on with the day and flavor is good The only 2 things I wish was it kept me full longer and it was more than a 15 day supply
