In the process if mounting the canvas to make it easier to work with in our limited space here. New easel purchased as well as acrylic thinners, so pretty much all set to start.

Happy with it, overall. However I realize that there are some details in the demo painting that are missing in my painting, such as the windows of the building in the middle (the blue one) and the street view is a bit blurry.
