The diffuser clip does not seem to perform in the way that I expected. Perhaps if the lid had some holes in it or something like that maybe it would work better but the fact that only the bottom has holes in it. I run my air doctor all day long and I have the largest air doctor. The other day I decided to run it almost on high to see if when I came home my house would smell like the oils and it did not. And I loaded the pad quite a lot. I just don’t think the design is effective.
