This real helps with my Jiu Jitsu recovery. I’ll go to bed stiff from a hard session and just roll right out of bed in the morning. Sure I’ll still be a little sore but I won’t feel like I got hit by a truck. That is essential for me being 45 and going to work for a full day.

I´m loving it. Growing stronger muscles quickly, got back into some basic calisthenics after a shoulder strain. More energy and focus in the morning and during the day. My career is benefitting from the heightened competition and accomplishment mindset. Waste less time in general. Better recovery after each day of hard work and tough play.

I've only been taking for about 1-month so still a bit early to say "this product is the reason I'm feeling better", but it seems to be helping. I will maintain my monthly prescription and update this review in a few months.
