Alcami Elements Triple Bundle

The product is obviously high quality, but its not described accurately. There are 4 chiuces, Cocoa, Matcha, Espresso, and Regular. The first 3 are stand alone flavors, but the Regular is a high powered coffee creamer. Nowhere in the ad copy does it say that “Regular” is strictly an additive foryour coffee or tea. Furthermore, ive reached out to them 4 times via emails and their website, starting 4 days ago, and ive heard nothing but crickets. I do not want any more products from Alcami, but with their silence and ignoring me, im very concerned they’re going to send me additional orders. Proceed with caution! One positive, the Matcha is a pretty good product.

I was upset when it turned out to be creamer and not coffee... Couldn't change my order... Had to wait one more auto ship before I could cancel. Now I'm stuck with 3 bags of creamer power. I like my coffee black
