Great Brand, But Serious Quality and Communication Issues

I genuinely love TBA's clothing and have been a loyal customer — which makes this review all the more disappointing to write. Several pairs of shorts and pants I've purchased have begun deteriorating at the inseam after only one or two wears, which is simply not acceptable for items at this price point. I had hoped these would be long-lasting wardrobe staples. What concerns me most, however, is the lack of follow-through on a resolution. The owner was initially responsive when I raised the issue and documented the damage with photos — a replacement pair was promised — but it never arrived. I have since sent multiple follow-up emails and have received no reply. I love to support local businesses. I'm sharing this publicly now only because I've exhausted my private attempts to resolve it. I remain hopeful the owner will see this and make it right, as the brand itself is one I'd love to continue supporting.

AMAZING

I absolutely LOVE everything I have ordered from here. The ladies pants are so comfortable and look so cute dressed up or down. I got them in the long length so I could wear a bit of a heel to dress them up (I am 5'8") I could live in these pants. Great quality, and I am sure they will last me years just like the other clothes I have bought for myself, family, and friends.
