Absolutely horrible. I never received my order, even after trying to contact multiple times I was met with a support bot apologizing and still replying with the same logistics excuse. Then asks me if the address I have is correct and it will reship me a new order. STILL NOTHING. I can't even get a refund. it has been well over a month with zero response from a reliable human. Do not buy from this seller it is an absolute scam! shame on you.

So I have all this insured shipping and everything, but I can’t seem to get even a simple update about my purchase… how do you go about requesting your money back after not getting any updates for an entire month?????

I haven’t got it yet!!! This supposed to be part of my order since July 23 and I haven’t got anything!!! I’m so mad about it!
