Simple Training Template
Offers progression based on 10RM. Its good for that but does not actively change progression reccomendations based on the old system where you had to put in soreness and fatigue points after each set. I guess this is all to help promote the RP hypertrophy app which is fair enough. It does make the template suboptimal though.
