Fabulous product dreadful web site
The product idea is great. The web site process was a UX nightmare. I wanted the postal one and it took an age to figure out which combination of button clicks was required. You need to persevere because the reward is fab. At one point I got an email as I managed to order the product without providing the sponsors name !!! I must point out that I think the Eden Project is amazing :)
