Pale Blue Keepsake Box

I have bought many of these in the past, both for my own family as well as gifts, and they’ve been beautiful, but the most recent ones are so disappointing. The name is now printed rather than engraved and looks so tacky. They have tried to match the printed name with the wooden border but have really missed the mark and despite so obviously lowering the quality, they now charge more too! Disappointed as I won’t be able to purchase more of these in the future now to match the earlier versions owned by other loved ones. Also I emailed to give this feedback directly and they just didn’t even bother to get back to me. Bad quality and bad customer service.
