Chill Out Has Improved the Quality of My Sleep

I started with Chill Out only and feel like after 1-2 months consistent use that it has improved the quality of my sleep, so I am now in my first month of the Crave Away/Chill Out Combo. I get that I am supposed to take CA in the morning and CO in the evening but feel like perhaps I could further optimize the effect if I knew with food / without, take right before bed, etc. I do feel like my alcohol cravings are reduced but haven't had enough experience yet with CA to know if I will continue to take on a daily basis or just situationally.
