Beautiful necklace, well packaged and fast delivery. Letters smaller than expected but the necklace is still beautiful.

Bought for my daughter for Christmas, necklace tarnished within 2 - 3 months, so was issued a replacement & was categorically told it would NEVER tarnish. The replacement has indeed tarnished badly & the company are refusing to issue another replacement as it would mean a 'loss' for them. If I could give zero stars, I would.
