Love it so far.. also have only used 3 times so not enough to give a review but if it turns out anything like my f1 frame pack I'll love it forever

Good not great
My personal complaints, I like to carry my 45 OWB and it seems that I will have to find another place to carry due to the massive hip belt straps. The other engineering feature I can’t grasp is why the packs zip up to the frame and not down on the frame? Yeah you have a bungy that holds it, but it still pulls down and offers mediocre support for the heavy stuff up high. Outside of the 2 things, the pack becomes awesome.

Very good with room for Ferpecting
What I like: Purpose built and the geometry serves that purpose quite well What I would have liked to see done differently: 1. The clips seem proprietary, they take two hands to adjust with their little button, they are not of uber high quality, and I worry prone to failure (as the button to release fatigues over time for instance). In the past I replace broken clips on my pack with metal clips off amazon. At this price point, I would have loved to see high quality, lifetime metal clips like that 2. Alot of velcro. As a hunter, I don't like velcro, its loud, it snags seeds, and its not a lifetime durability product. While alot of the velcro is well hidden on this pack on the shoulder straps, my first impression of the velcro wrap strap ends was that I didn't love them. I guess I like how they tie up loose ends, but I'm just not a velcro guy. Never seen anyone else tie up loose ends that way, but other packs leave loose ends hanging. 3. It really should come with instructions. I use a pack for work and I spent one hour in the evening and the next 3 morning set ups of my pack for work to really figure out how to maximize the product, and I honestly feel like i got more to learn to really get the most out of it. I have extra straps that may very well be dead weight, until later when I figure out Im going to need them in a specific configuration. I won't lie my first attempt at attaching the brooks 3500 had me scratching my head, but maybe i aint the brightest bulb in the box 4. I worry about the durability of the zipper, the clips, the molle panel and the breathable fabric that contacts your body on the straps. Alot of plastic and the cloth doesn't seem very thick. The molle panel seems burnt out of flat fabric and I worry about use fraying into it quickly. 5. At the time I bought it there was no lid for the brooks 3500. I bought the multi lid, thinking it would work for multiple systems. Turns out there is no way to configure that lid for the pack effectively with the included hardware. I think its silly that each product line needs its own way to attach a different lid. I would have thought that all eberlestock lids would attach the same way and include hardware to compliment their products. Turns out they finally just came out with a lid for this pack after I bought their discontinued lid. Overall, I love the proportions and design. It is just in a few places I would have preferred higher quality materials, specifically clips and velcro.
