The product looks great, but it is not sturdy. It easily scratches and the coating is very thin -like that in the lotto tickets that you can scratch, but even thinner. It is not heavy duty. It definitely will not last long. For the price, you can get so much better. Caseles customer service is no good either. I tried to return this but they wanted me to pay for the posting service. Never will I purchase from this seller.

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I ordered a phone case advertised as being made from titanium. After waiting around two weeks for delivery, the product that arrived was clearly plastic and not as described. I contacted Caseles immediately to exercise my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. Initially, I was told I would receive: ● a prepaid returns label, ● a convenient local drop-off option, ● and a full refund including the original shipping costs once the return was in transit. Despite repeated follow-up emails, the promised returns label never arrived. Instead, after several more days of chasing, Caseles unilaterally refunded only £20 in cash, added £30 of store credit (which I neither requested nor wanted), and informed me there was no need to return the item. This was despite my repeatedly stating that I wanted a full refund to my original payment method and that I would never shop with the company again. To make matters worse, I was then asked to leave a 4–5 star review despite the issue remaining unresolved. The customer service promises made by the Customer Manager were never honoured, communication was extremely poor, and I was forced to repeatedly chase for responses. If you are a UK customer, be aware of your consumer rights if goods are not as described. My experience has been one of misleading product descriptions, broken commitments, poor after-sales support and an unnecessarily difficult refund process. I would not recommend Caseles and certainly would not purchase from them again.

Anfangs echt Super, hochwertiges Case mit einem schönen schmalen Erscheinungsbild. Bereits nach 2 Wochen verliert das Case an den Ecken, nur durch das tragen in der Hosentasche seine Farbe und sieht nicht mehr schön aus. Das hätte ich bei diesem Preis anders erwartet!!
