Your customer service is appalling. Your returns policy statement is misleading and fails to make clear how difficult and expensive it is to return. You answer email complaints with a standard reply and you fail to answer or return calls to your allegedly UK support phone number. I have left similar reviews on TikTok, X and Trustpilot and I will actively dissuade others from trading with you. Frustrating and shameful experience.
