Awesome customer service!
In my excitement at opening my labrador (see earlier review), I completely forgot I was supposed to get a fantail with it (promotion). I think a few weeks had gone by before I'd remembered. I emailed Tim, got a rapid response, and the fantail was very quickly dispatched. Thanks so much Tim and all the crew at Rusty Deer.

We received the fantail as a free gift. My husband has him in a tree outside his office.
