Probably like you, I have been making and buying hot sauces for 30 years. This sauce stands out. The thing I love about it is that the heat is there, fairly hot, right in your face. The taste is delicious, but the heat intensity dissipates pretty quickly, which means you can eat more. Then, after you're done, the heat is gone and it doesn't wreck me internally (if you know what I mean) AND I get all those endorphins pumping. Give it a try, I bet you won't regret it.

I love this sauce. Great flavor and really good heat level. I can eat it all day.
