Phone Case - Apple

Incredible customer service. Accidentally oredered the wrong case and wrote an e-mail to ask about the return policy. Got the correct one free of charge 4 days later. Didn’t even have to return the wrong one.

Salve! La protezione è ottima, ma sono stato un po’ deluso sia dallo schermo che si segna facilmente e dovrebbe essere antiriflesso,da abbastanza fastidio vedersi riflessi sullo schermo. Poi l’audio nelle telefonate è notevolmente ridotto (la voce di chi risponde è molto bassa). Altra cosa, non vedo perché nel retro non sia stato usato lo stesso materiale con un buon grip che è stato usato ai bordi. Inoltre, quando lo si posa su una superficie liscia tende a scivolare, cosa che non succede con i classici cases trasparenti in gomma.

I would just like to express my dissatisfaction with the fact that on the phone case page you don’t warn for the fact that the mounting rails have changed since my last purchase. This (SP) being a system, you should take into account that people buy things once and then complete their set or replace items some time later and have no obligation to know that you decided to change the very thing that holds everything together. I understand the decision to do so, as my new case is a lot thiner nw and the magnet is a nice touch. But now I have to use an adapter on my mirror mount that had the anti vibration and because of that the case won’t touch the elastomer inlay which kind of defeats the purpose. Also I ha a bike mount and will probably have to get a new one or another adapter…
