Works for me

Only had it a couple weeks but I am loving it. Wiring the helmet was a little tricky but I managed to figure out a way to do it without having anything hanging out or poking me in the head. I have a Shoei RF-1400 helmet so I had to use the sticky pad to attach it to the side of the helmet because the clip is too small to just clamp it on. All pretty simple. I can’t believe I saw some reviews saying the quality is not up to snub. Of course it lacks bass but the quality is good and it gets super loud. Even going 100 (allegedly) on my ninja on the highway I had no problem jamming out to the music. Even answered my first phone call the other day, mid ride, hands free, just told Siri to pick it up and I was talking. Caller said when I stopped talking it goes quiet so it’s not just background engine noise the whole conversation. Prior to my purchase I tried using earbuds and it was just not working out for me. My helmet is a little tight so they wouldn’t stay put. And having to use my phone to navigate the controls would be impossible. The Cardo controls are simple and handy. It might be a little difficult if you have super thick or clunky gloves but the buttons and wheel are solid. The freecom pads fit perfectly into the ear hole of my helmet and they come with adhesive Velcro pads I stuck into the ear hole to keep them from going anywhere when I take my helmet on or off. I’m so happy with my purchase, looking forward to using it to communicate with a fellow rider. Which to be fair is probably its main purpose but I don’t regret buying them just for the music and phone capabilities for a second. So glad with my purchase. Would recommend

These work great. They give me the ability to safely communicate with my riding buddy.
