Works great! Exactly as described. I would suggest to add it to your daily routine slowly so your system can get used to it. Knowing its natural is gives you a peace of mind. There many products out there that are not.

Better Fiber is better

After trying multiple different fiber supplements, none successfully, this one seems to almost hit the mark. So far, I will be using it, until I find something better. One supplement I have on auto-ship, because I really do not want to be without it.

They are just okay

I've never had any bathroom issues until recently when I was placed on a GLP1 for weight loss. I tried these as I wanted a more natural remedy for the problem. They handled the problem...eventually but have never given me the relief I was hoping for.
