a great toothbrush

The toothbrush is great to use, gentle on teeth but it cleans very well. The only problem is the actual brush's filaments. They work loose and fall out. I am not sure if they are designed to do this or if I have a faulty toothbrush head.

Replacement Heads

Work well with the electronic handle. I always use a soft brush. These are very soft and could potentially be slightly firmer for that 'complete clean' feel .
