I fist got the sunset… they felt weird the color change the whole vibe… when I got the blue sync everything made sense. My night sleep is so good, unbelievable, I even dream, sleep all night uninterrupted 💪🏼 like never before this century 🤣😂 Love my set❤️

I am new to using colored glasses but have been using these the past week and so far really enjoying them! I feel like I notice a benefit with sleep at night and also just eye strain in general.
