Really helped me choose an oura ring size, which was definitely necessary as I was between sizes. Wore several of them for a week or so before working it out, glad I did! Only thing to mention is that the ring sizers are a little ‘stickier’ than the actual ring, which feels much ‘smoother’ as it’s metal not plastic.
