SO CUTE

This dress is sooo cute!! It is pretty short but I have a small torso so with some tights it won't be an issue at all. It is a little snug around the waist but I didn't want to size up since other reviews did say it ran a little big in the chest. I did try it on with a black turtle neck so that probably contributed it to being a little tight. I am a 32B, 5'7 so the XS worked perfectly.
