Single Spare Titanium Flat Back

The reason for the return is that the posts on the nano studs are too short for my forward helix piercing. I purchased longer posts, thinking they would fit the nano studs, but I realized they use different threading and are not compatible.

4mm is very tiny, exactly what i wanted to make my upper ear piercings fit snugger so you cant see the bar

Fits my forward helix perfectly and was even able to use the stud from the previous post i had in from somewhere else . They are screw in not push pin like i see alot of comments saying there push pins didnt work, because theyre meant to have a screw top
