Single Spare Titanium Flat Back

4mm is very tiny, exactly what i wanted to make my upper ear piercings fit snugger so you cant see the bar

Fits my forward helix perfectly and was even able to use the stud from the previous post i had in from somewhere else . They are screw in not push pin like i see alot of comments saying there push pins didnt work, because theyre meant to have a screw top

I was so excited to find these, because 4mm flat backs are almost impossible to find, and it's the side I need to wear flat backs in my first home without them sticking out. I have a large collection of push in studs so I figured this would make those usable in my first lobe piercing. Unfortunately, like another review mentioned, the gauge of these is too high to use any of my existing ones in. I tried them all and tried even with an extremely J curve bent in and they would just fall right out. So these are well made, but note that you will need to use their studs for them to work. I wish that was clear in the listing.
