This product is easy to swallow and digest. I like the fact that the contents are primarily tocotrienols with a minimum of tocopherals,. which inhibit absorbtion of tocotrienols. I haven't found any other Vitamin E formulation with this ratio.

I've taking it for several years. I'm not sure how well it works because I take many other supplement along with it. But, figure it must be doing something good.
