I really like this vitamin D it’s great

Women need Vit D. I live in NY with no sun in the winter so I take the 2500. It's always good to get your Vit D levels checked. Low levels effect you in so many ways.

With the winters and dreary days in Minnesota, I feel I'm receiving a good amount of Vitamin D through this product.
