Venture Step-thru with U-lock Vandal

I love this bike. The VoltBike reps were very helpful with my on-line order. It was delivered on time and was fully assembled. All I had to do was adjust the seat height and pedal away.

No after sales support.

I haven't been able to ride my bike yet. The shifter hurts my thumb and I have to replace it with a twist shifter. And the bike wasn't tuned properly and the chain is rubbing against the chain guard. I sent 2 separate emails asking for support over a week ago and no one has gotten back to me. I'm sure I'll love the bike. But I'm super disappointed with the after sales support. I was expecting a positive experience. And didn't get one.
