Wobbly front tire

Bought 2 new Mariner v2 bikes for wife and I. This is our 2nd purchase from Voltbike in last 2 years. No issues with the original purchase but this one...yikes. First ride -> front tire on my bike wobbles. Can see and feel it shaking as I ride. Sent videos to Voltbike support. They suggested the tire may need trueing so took to local shop to true it. They said they'd reimburse me (still waiting). After trueing, issue is still there. Thought it might be bent skewer so they sent me a replacement, but sent the wrong one (for different bike - too short). I took tire off my wife's bike and put on my bike - no wobble. Sent more videos to Voltbike support. The issue is with the tire. Voltbike suggests this is "normal"?? They suggested I send the tire to them to troubleshoot, but a) I would have to arrange packing and shipping, and b) I'm going to without a bike for how long? and c) I paid for a new, working bike. Is it too much to ask them to just ship me a new tire? I would ship the wobbly one back in their box, at their expense! Not what I expected from Voltbike...not a happy customer...

Mariner 2

Enjoying my new Mariner 2. The size and ease of operation is excellent. I have one major issue with it. The gearing is not great at all. There is no pedal assist after power level 4 or about 23 kmh because the front chain ring is too small. I’m just spinning my pedals to keep the power assist going but but with zero resistance. My previous e-bike allowed for pedal power right up to 32 kmh. I’m finding the Volt frustrating at higher speeds because I prefer pedal assist and not just pure electric power.
