Love this Bike!

Only had my Outback for about a week but loving every minute of it! Shipping was super fast. Customer service has been great. Go get one!

Not impressed

I ordered the small frame outback it came with 27.5 tires. The bike had an ugly creaking noise that no one could figure out. I removed the rear shock, put in a wooden blank, no more noise. These bikes are assembled with paint on the shock pins. Cleaned the paint off the pins, lubed and reassembled and no more noise. Not something I should have to do on a brand new $2400 bike.

I have been looking at getting an E Bike for a while now.Sales(Kevin)showed me options and decided on the Outback.Volt had bike ready for pickup when they said they would.So far have no regrets
