Meat Lasagna Casserole

Poor Delivery Service

I ordered a lasagna casserole as an expression of condolences for a family friend instead of sending flowers. Unfortunately, it wasn't delivered until 10:45 PM. I have no idea if anyone even saw it that night or how long it sat outside. Who checks for deliveries at almost midnight? It was disappointing, especially considering the nature of the gift and the occasion. Timely delivery is important when sending food to a grieving family.

LASAGNA

The flavor was good but it was a bit dry--needed more sauce or extra sauce on the side. I retrieved my delivery within 2 hours of it being dropped off but all of the ice packs were melted. It's just so hot in Florida and the delivery trucks are not refridgerated. May want to consider dry ice instead of traditional ice packs.
