Some journeys take the long way

Instead of feeling love for the whole world, I have found myself irritated, reactive, and generally crabby. This follows a solstice sound bath, my first experience of the kind. I didn't find that restful- in fact my entire left side started aching deeply and I had to endure it so I didn't disrupt all the peaceful people laying around me. There is some stuck energy these modalities are butting up against. Even my dreams are incredibly fraught. Im going to keep going, because I know how incredibly powerful these formulations have been for me. Im enjoying the discomfort, because I know something spectacular is just on the other side.
