Silly me didn’t read the measuring instructions and bought the wrong size, Kate was amazing and allowed me to return them. I got the right size and wow my embroidery piece just looks even better

Seems legit
I ordered one of these frames to assess the quality of the product. I’ve purchased several embroidery hoop kits to complete as handmade gifts. These frames seem like they will add an attractive element to the finished project. They appear to be well-made, and included cardboard strips to accommodate any slight discrepancy in hoop size. Instructions were minimal, but there was a nice hand-written thank you included. The product arrived well-packaged and in good condition.
