The product was exactly what we wanted, but the delivery time frame was ridiculous....... talk about a slow boat from China.........
We had to send 2 emails to chase up the delivery and even after a call back, it took 4 more days........
When ordering make sure it is suitable for your adult cat...... because if ordered when a kitten, it will be an adult when it arrives....

Wrong cat flap sent
Seems a mix up I ordered the xl one and they sent the small . But they said I ordered the large. All mixed up to much hassle to sort so will just take the hit
